We all value our vision, but seeing clearly is just one part of your overall eye health. Regular eye exams are the best way to ensure your eyes stay healthy, whether you wear eyeglasses or contacts or nothing at all. Even if you've never had any vision problems, you should get your eyes checked at least once a year to make sure you continue seeing clearly.
