Buyer Beware_ No Cancelation policy under any circumstances. I had an unfortunate experience at Pearle Vision where I have been a customer for many years. Initially, I received very good service from the store owner and purchased a pair of glasses. I did not receive any documentation other than a credit card slip. Within the hour, I had second thoughts. The glasses were expensive and I was not in love with them. I called the store immediately to ask that they cancel my order before they began to craft the lenses. I was informed that only the store owner could make that decision and she was at lunch. To shorten the story, she never called me back, but rather had an employee call me back to say that the no cancellation policy was on a board by the register and on my documentation which I had not received.. I was offered an in store credit. I was dumbfounded. I am used to a higher level of customer service, especially since the cancellation was within the hour of purchase. I am resigned to having to buy the glasses, but I will get recommendations for another optical shop with more user friendly policies for the future.

Good service by glasses techs who helped me pick out glasses. Good selection of frames. High prices. Eye doctor got right prescription but has poor communication and service skills.

I visited Pearle Vision in Boca Raton recently to have my reading glasses adjusted and also to inquire about purchasing a pair of prescription sunglasses. During this visit I had the pleasure, as I did during my first visit a year ago, of dealing with Elmarie Crowley, the franchise owner. Elmarie is a true professional and always provides me with a superior level of service. She is always patient, curteous and well informed and assists me in picking out the appropriate glasses that meets my requirements and budget. Elmarie is by far, the best professional in this business that I have dealt with and would - and have - recommended her to my family, friends and colleagues. Simply put I would not go anywhere else for service - and I travel from Miami to Boca - 60 miles - because I value her expertise and professionalism.

I went to Pearle Vision to price shop. A young brown haired lady greeted me, I was supplied cheerful and informative they where. She was helpful, explaining and taking the time helping me make the right choice for me, she was pleasant and told me even if I do not shop there they wanted me to find what I wanted. I left will all the knowledge and since no other place treated me like they did I ended up going back and buying with them. They gave me a great affordable deal with everything I asked for. They even asked me what kind of memberships I have to see if they can save me more money. I would recommend them any day of the week. Not many people are as honest and helpful as they are.

While my exam was thorough and accomplished what I needed, my appointment was double booked and I had to wait 45 to see the doctor. Very disappointing, as I am accustomed to good service there.
