Our mission is to create an upscale Spa & Wellness Centre that offers a complete and true Spa & Wellness Experience. All services are of a Spa Nature and good for our overall well being. Body Elements Spa & Wellness Centre will provide the public platform for life transformation with a deeper awareness of ones self through relaxation, integrated wellness, genuine connections and a giving spirit. Our motto is don't just BE. BE Happy, BE Balanced, BE Physically fit, and BE the best you can BE. It is our hope that your wellness journey will lead not only to a love of your own life, but also a deep respect for ALL life as we evolve towards a more loving connection with our planet and one another. Thank you for taking the time out of your day to email us your comments. We appreciate all feedback.
We understand your disappointment with not being able to purchase a product you use when you need it. We order the brand of product you want once a month and sometimes even twice a month if demand requires it. The last bottle of the product you need was sold on September 2nd and we have another big order coming in September 22nd. I am sorry we didn?t have more when you were in and I know how frustrating this is. To avoid this from happening again, can I suggest that you call us or send a quick email when you are down to half a bottle? We can put a bottle on hold for you or make sure that we order one to arrive within two weeks of your call. This product is very popular and on our regular monthly order. Therefore, a deposit is not needed to order it and if you decide you don?t want it once it arrives, no problem. This will guarantee that we have what you need when you need it.
