Horrible customer service from the owner, Lisa. The massage was good and I thought the massage therapists were great. I would have even returned as a customer until I literally had the worst experience ever I have had with any business to date. The owner made me feel stupid. She was rude and condescending. How she treated us ruined valentines day. I thought I was on a tv show or being punk'd with how I was treated. Still in complete shock. Have told every single person I know how she treated me and my boyfriend.

The time was well spent,coming to body works for our couples massage, Maria and I both had great massages, and got to relax and get away from everyday stress, I would recommend this to anyone, great job!

Came here first because they had a great groupon deal but was very impressed and pleased. Very clean, loved the robe and how it was on a heated rack. Therapist worked tirelessly on my problem areas with some innovative techniques I hadn't had done before. Wish it could last another 50 min!
