Made an appointment a week ahead of time for an oil change. When I arrive at 10:30 for an 11:00 appointment the car was taken in early. After waiting 90 minutes for the car to be completed I asked the service person mark I think is his name stated they did not have the oil filter.
Why would you have the parts available before the car arrived for service?
Why wouldn't the service person make me aware of the delay as I sit 10 feet from him?
I was never offered any discount or reason why this happened.
I have been bringing my cars here for 10 plus years and this is the first of Goodyear nor being prepared and keeping the customer informed there is a delay.
