I took my cocker spaniel in for an annual exam and I thought the vet was very knowledgeable and thorough, and generous with her time. The tech also was very experienced and helpful. The fees were reasonable and the location is very convenient for me.
My only negative comment is that the facility smelled of mold. I mentioned this to both the receptionist and the tech. The receptionist too smelled something but the tech said she did not smell anything.
I'd feel a lot more comfortable returning to this clinic if they could determine and fix the source of this smell.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. As an animal clinic, we often have odors from various sources, I'm sure you can imagine, and try to stay on top of them. I apologize if you were here during one of our less "fresh" times! We've added air purifiers to attempt to reconcile this issue.
