I showed up at 7:25 for a 7:30 appointment. I walked up to the counter past a lady with a clipboard. Juanita was on the phone and said we will be with you in a minute I have to help this lady first. She motioned towards the lady with the clipboard. I was fine with that, she seemed a bit frustrated though, but all was fine. When she asked me why I was there she asked if I was leaving the vehicle or waiting and I replied I was waiting because I had made an appointment. I was there about an hour and fifteen minutes. It seemed as though they didn't get to it right away, but that could just be me being anxious. My question is, if I have an appointment is there priority on my vehicle or not. The other question I have is , I had a coupon for 21.95 for an oil change, which she honored, but let me know my vehicle required 7 quarts of oil which would increase the price. My total was almost 35.00 and the posted price is 34.95. Does the posted price also require an increase in price for additional oil? Thank you for your assistance.
Mr. Palacios, thank you for your review. To answer your first question "if I have an appointment is there priority on my vehicle or not"... yes and appointments takes priority over non appointments. We allow an hour for our technicians to complete an oil change. Our computer time stamps vehicle repair orders when they come in and again when the vehicle repair order is paid. My time stamp shows that we processed the repair order in at 7:29 am at which point the order is given to our service counter to be dispatched. The time stamp on payment for the vehicle was 8:23 am. To answer your second question "I had a coupon for 21.95 for an oil change, which she honored, but let me know my vehicle required 7 quarts of oil which would increase the price. My total was almost 35.00 and the posted price is 34.95. Does the posted price also require an increase in price for additional oil?" on our oil change coupons it is written "includes up to 5 quarts of Formula Shell 5w20 or 5w30 oil" and also "Shop supplies, disposal fees additional. Some vehicles require special fluids or quantities which cost more". We do not charge for shop supplies on an oil change. We do charge an environmental fee of $4.00 and the "per quart" price for each quart over the 5 quarts included in our regular and coupon price. I hope I have answered your questions sufficiently.
