I've utilized several different Aveda salons in my travels. Most recently, DV8 Aveda Salon in Grapevine where I used their services for many years.
Recently, we made the move to Round Rock which is why DV8 suggested one of the Breeze Salons.
1) In all my visits to many Aveda Salons, I have NEVER had a salon request a credit card deposit when booking online. 2) Also, I have NEVER had a salon required me to sign a "promise to pay" sheet before facilitating the services.
Depending on how my color and cut grows out in the next week will depend on whether or not I will return to one of your Salons, The two items above are extremely annoying to customers. It is my belief that this practice detours from any clients returning to the stylist and that is unfortunate for the stylist.
BTY when I booked the appointment on line, of course, I gave my credit card so that I could have an appointment. After my scheduled changed, I called your receptionist and re-scheduled the apppointment for a different date and different stylist. I paid full price for my services the day of the appointment. I am hoping that I will not also be charged for a no-show too on my credit because I rescheduled to appointment via phone.
