I am extremely disappointed in the care Dazzical received yesterday, Saturday, September 16th. She cannot walk, cannot focus eyes, cannot eat or drink. You charged me $355.10, wrapped her up like a mummy, gave her to the receptionist, Amanda to hand over to me, without the courtesy of feedback from either Kimberly, or Dr. Fenwick. The receptionist only told me to put her in a room by herself w/a litter box & food, & bring her back on Monday for further evaluation. She could not walk to litter box or food, stayed under bed until 6am, when I put her in a large crate. Very cold and detached care!!!!!
We are very sorry to hear that you were not happy with Dazzical's last visit here. Dr. Fenwick did speak with you in detail over the phone, if there were questions and concerns that were not discussed she is more than willing to go over these with you. Please give us a call so we can clear things up, we have valued you as a client for many years. We are all worried about your kitty and would like to see her back for a recheck at no charge.
