Dr. Hockel has a great team, from the Front Desk on. The ladies at the front desk are the first point of contact when a patient, especially a new patient walks in. I have a lot of anxiety about dentists, so I'm happy to have found one who puts my stress to rest. Going to see Dr. Hockel was more like going on a short getaway and having a procedure done while I was there. It's not your typical dentists office because it's a house that has been converted into a dentists office...i get a warmer greeting when I walk through the door there than I do at home....and the entire staff is great...you can tell they are all united as one in the best interest of every patient who walks through the door. I've never has anyone do such a thorough initial evaluation as I had done at this office. I was led back to an office by his awesome dental assistant, where Dr. Hockel met with me to go over my expectations of our time together and any concerns I might have. Then he did the most thorough examination I've ever had explaining in detail his findings and recommendations.

When I went back to have the actual work done...I went in with confidence and came out with pride...knowing I'm in good hands for any future appointments I have there. I highly recommend going to see Dr. Hockel, especially if you have restorative work to be done. Take it from one who made the mistake of having my work done somewhere else because it was cheaper and now having that work redone because it hadn't been done right initially. Your oral health and your smile are priceless....and so is Dr. Hockel and his team. I look forward to my next appointment.
