I was there with my elderly cat who was throwing up and having diarrhea for over three hours. Several patients who came in after us were seen before us, and I kept having to ask to be seen, when the doctor see us once we were in a room, and when the cat might be brought back so we could check out after we were finished. Nothing happened without me interrupting a staff member to get help to make something happen. After 2 requests, they finally brought the cat to me-- with the wrong carrier.
While we were in the office with the doctor, almost $1,000 of tests and scans were repeatedly recommended, and this was after I had mentioned we were working with a tight budget.
This was the least concerning but still something to consider-- the examination room I sat in for a LONG time was absolutely freezing! And I am usually hot everywhere I go.
