Dr-LeClaire has improved upon last year's prescription, which was a vast improvement over the previous one from another organization. Add to that that she is warm and funny, while paying careful attention to my eyes, and that makes it the best eye doctor experience I've ever had (I'm almost 60; I've seen a lot of eye doctors). The gentlemen in the frame shop seem to all be named John, but don't worry, they're all great!
This year I chose frames elsewhere, but brought them to B'way Vision to get their careful service. One of the John's custom fitted the lenses for the (too pricey) frames I brought in.
This year, I made use of their satisfaction guarantee. They made everything just as I said I wanted, but I guess I didn't know what I wanted! So, my fault, but they're still making sure my glasses are just right for me! One of the other John recommended that I wait and be sure I rEally wanted a change, and yet another John made sure that I understood what the changes (in bifocal focus length) I wanted would look like, and helped me articulate what I wanted so another mistake was not made.
Next year, I'll try to get the last names of these various Johns.
Also, the reception women are unfailingly gracious, seem to know the ins and outs of my insurance program , and know how long the wait time will be for whichever services I've come in for. Really, 5 stars for everyone, and the frame selection is getting more adventurous too!
