Appointment was at 3:30, arrived there at 3:00. Was there for 2 hours for a procedure that only took about 10 minutes. I kept asking the girl at the front desk when will my daughter be seen and why were other patients that arrived later, were being seen first, her reply was because their procedures were quick ones, which turned out to be wrong. I called that terrible customer service.
