Everyone was pleasent enough but it always takes the women behind the desk 5 minutes to acknowledge you are standing there and the Vet administered my dogs shots in the back (not in the room with me) that has never happened before... I didnt like it.
I do apologize for the time it took for you and your pet to be greeted and taken care of by our receptionists. Unfortunately not knowing when your services were given, it is difficult for me to address them specifically but I made sure to discuss this with all the receptionists. In regards to vaccinations not being given in the exam rooms, our normal procedure is to vaccinate with the owners present unless the owner and doctor agree to something different. I have discussed this matter with all the staff. Thank you for the information and concerns.

Dr Jeff Gross was amazingly kind, patient and thoroughly examed my newly adopted/rescued 2 year old female lab mix. He comprehensively answered all my questions and treated my shy/hesitant pup with the greatest of ease and confidence. The staff was very efficient with the paperwork process and the place was spotless.
As always, TOP NOTCH Love Brown Vet Hospital. Dr. Gross is AMAZING. Been going to Brown Vet for 15 + years. I trust my most beloved to Dr. Gross. Would not consider another vet for my fur babies. Always recommend highly to friends.
Maggie has been coming to Brown Vet since she was a puppy...12 years! I've needed to board her more this past year and always feel
guilty dropping her off. However, she bounds to the door where the boarding attendant picks her up and waits with her tail wagging! I enjoy my travels so much more knowing Maggie is happy while I am away.
Not impressed at all. Went in wanting information on Mothers Day packages. I expected the lady at the front to be helpful, and eager to assist picking the right dollar amount for the services i wanted to purchase! Boy was i wrong-very short, unwilling to try and provide help for my questions. She acted like a man walking in off the street should already know how much services cost and what packages are available. I will definitely think twice about ever going back there.
