Dr. Stacey was very patient with me asking many questions related to eye glass lenses and the various options. I feel confident that Dr. Stacey takes the time to check my eyes carefully to ensure my prescription is accurate. Dr. Stacey also let me know that if I failed the Motor Vehicle Eye exam, I could request for a form for Dr. Stacey to fill out and inform the Motor Vehicle in writing that my vision meets the requirements necessary to renew my Drivers License. I was not aware of this option so when Dr. Stacey mention ed this to me it was like a burden was lifted from me because in the past taking the Motor Vehicle eye exam has always been a stressful event because the exam does not take into account my perticular eys conditions. I now feel that I will go into the Motor Vehicle eye exam with confidence since I know that Dr. Stacey is there for me if necessary but I know feel like the exam will be no worry for me. Dr. Stacey also explained to me that she has worked together with Polly for 20 years and I feel that was good to know. Ofcourse Polly was excellent with helping me understand my eyeglass options and also did a great job helping my wife. Both My wife and I had positive interactions with Nancy at the front desk she was very helpful. It is important that a review such as this is used to gauge the clients experience at BVA. It is often very difficult to work with the general public but despite, that in order to stand apart from the many eye care providers one must be professional and provide the highest level of care possible to each client and in my opinion BVA does that. I have been to many Eye professionals in my lifetime due to my particular eye conditions and so I feel like I have fair judgement when it comes to evaluating how well I am taken care of at a particular Eye Professional. Thank You to BVA for maintaining high standards in the eye care of its clients.
