Burke installed my 12kw generator last fall. It had some problems but Burke discovered that the insulation in the housing was blocking the air intake of the unit. So, it's working well. I called Burke a few weeks back because, to the best of my knowledge, the unit hasn't been serviced since it was installed even though the service was free for the first year. I had signed a twice yearly service agreement which is supposed to start around now. I just want to know if Burke is going to service the unit or should I have another company do it. I like your company and Steve and would like you to do the service. But, when I got no response to my phone call a few weeks back it made me wonder if you're not too busy and maybe can't do service.
