Burkett did an excellent job of installing my furnace and central air conditioning unit. The workers were professional, friendly, efficient and did a good job of cleaning up the work site. I am very happy with both units and would recommend their services.

The service tech used old screws to install a new compressor which caused the unit to fall and cause a lot of damage to the pool blower. When I reported the issue to the office manager the same tech came back to my business and instead of apologizing for the mishap he caused a scene in my lobby and acted in an unprofessional way.

Employees are very knowledgeable about their products. The gentleman that came out to measure was very helpful at making suggestions for the different options on the fireplace doors. The salesperson in the store kept our information in the hold file until we were ready to order. She found the information promptly when we returned and placed the order for us. We highly recommend them.
