Service was as scheduled, I was presented with a list of other items that should be taken care of, but I was not pressured to have those items scheduled and done at Burlington Automotive. As a result it felt like a service, not a sleezy business practice.

Luis and the staff always take great care of me and my vehicles. The best is when I hear I don't need that repair at this time! Or when I hear the bill is not as large as originally estimated! I feel honesty is something valued from the top down at Burlington Automotive!

Had car towed in because of overheating issues. Had spent several thousand dollars 3,000 miles previously and had the whole system cooling system replaced so this was "warranty" work. I had one phone call the morning they found the SUV there and then heard nothing for 10 days so I went in to find out what was going on????? Was told they couldn't get the vehicle to replicate the issue so they didn't know what to do. More than likely it had been a stuck thermostat however getting to the thermostat was costly time consuming job and they really didn't want to do that. There was no game plan to move forward but when pressured manager said they would replace them. I was called 5 days later and told it would be ready the next day but that management didn't authorize the replacement of the hard to access thermostat. Whien I did arrive to pick up the vehicle the person that I had been dealing with was not there and I was not given any kind of print out to show me what had actually been done to the vehicle to keep me from overheating and getting towed in again someday. Very poor communication on this service but had been very pleased with all other service on previous visits before.

The crew at Burlington Automotive did a great job on my Kia Rio. It was convenient having them drop me off at home while my car was being worked on.Customer service is A important ingredient to there success. I reccommend them with a thumbs up.

We travel the Southwest U.S. during the winter months. Burlington Automotive has been instrumental in preparing our car for extended travel. The car is 11 years old with long travel miles, and we've experienced no problems. I attribute that to the digiligence and attention to detail by the staff at Burlington Automotive. I would like to thank Lynx for his courtesy and professionalism during our visits.

you were recommended to me by a former employee and friend of owners: Marty Klinesmith.

I called on a Monday to make an appointment on that Friday. called a second time regarding after hour drop offs. was given a quote for your bumper to bumper check & oil change, was asked about shuttle service (I lived too far away) even told due to the oil requirements it would cost apx 100.00. I called on my way to drop off the car Thursday evening, wanting let you know a couple of concerns I had on my car. I was told I didnot have an appt but you could work me in.. I then had to call on Friday to see how it was going. He was just getting around to calling me, was told it would be apx 1600 for repairs etc and would need to order parts and since it was a "work in" would not be done that day,we decided to just leave the car there over the weekend. I again had to call to find out the status of my car on Monday. Was told still it was still on schedule for EOB. I received a call at 5 to 5 that it was ready.. luckily I was on my way as would not have made it from Camano Island by 5:15. Invoice stated I was quoted $1781.87 (not apx 1600) my finally charges with tax came to 1588.20, not sure what made the difference.

I am sad to say if you are trying to acheive a warm feeling with a new customer you feel short. Each time I talked to someone different. I would suggest repeating your name at the end of a call. When a Toyota service department makes you feel important as a customer you have missed the marked.

on a positive note there was alot done to the car. if not for the company's connection with my nephew I don't know if I would return. there is still several things to be done to my car, I will have to think long and hard about bringing it back to you

Being a somewhat new resident to the Skagit Valley, I was looking for a shop to do some work on my truck... Based on many reviews and a high AAA rating I decided to give Burlington Automotive a try. I am very pleased with the level of service that was provided.. Professional repairs and courteous service..they even offered to pick me up at home when my truck was finished. A very positive experience ..
