The entire staff—from doctors to technicians to front office personnel—are all really invested in the well-being of the pets AND people who walk through their doors. We love Dr. Leslie Mann. She has a great relationship with our puppy. She remembers little details like how he has grown and that his hair is getting darker and fluffier. She hugs him and plays with him. She is a great encourager and a very knowledgeable resource. We haven't had a puppy in almost 20 years, so I was nervous, but Dr. Mann has coached us on everything from health and feeding to training and behavior. The office manager has a smile that lights up the room and is always carrying around someone's furry loved one (she must be the pet whisperer). Vicki, in the back, kept in touch with me throughout the day when I left our little guy there for a minor surgery. She was so thoughtful and even sent pictures to show me he has doing well! We had great, written instructions when he was finished with his surgery (I was worried we couldn't know what to do for him when we got him home, but they thought of everything). The clinic is so clean, it sparkles (and smells good!). This is the veterinary office that any pet owner would be grateful to bring their pets to (even the finance people are nice!).
