The receptionist was mostly good with a couple of exceptions. I stood at the counter for several minutes and wasn’t greeted. It took the customer she was helping to feel guilty and then apologize for taking so long before I was greeted.
When it was time to take my car, she reached for my keys and handed them to the mechanic, I had to stop him and gave him only the fob and kept the rest. While this was happening, she said in a sarcastic tone “your car will be ready soon.”
With those two things happening, I still think she did well anyway.
When it was time to get my car, no one reviewed the work with me. I had to inspect it myself. Because I had my light worked on, I had to turn on the lights by going back and forth to turn them on and then check them. This could have been avoided by someone reviewing their work.
Finally, my door handle has black grease on it. Fortunately I was able to clean it off. This however was very unfortunate because I work in an industry that requires a very clean car. I take pride in my car and I didn’t appreciate this!
Otherwise I was glad that my lights were now working.
