My car developed an engine issue while visiting my son at college. I dropped it off Sunday night with the keys in the drop box. Monday morning at 8:30 I got a call that they would look at it first chance and do all they could to get me back on the road. Within an hour I was called back and given a summary of their findings. They also emailed me a detailed report with pictures. While they could’ve performed the work, they found a dangerous level of rust to the chassis and did not recommend putting the car back on the road. I worked with Andy and Anthony at the shop and they were both professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. While I lost a car, I gained a trustworthy auto mechanic for any future service needs.
