Karma received excellent care and her experience left her a lot less stressed than we thought she'd be. Dr. Pierson zeroed in on her sore area and named several possibilities of what it could be and how it could be treated.

When describing Karma's wound on the phone, they were able to fit her in the very next day which we really appreciated. We did not leave until 6:30 and everyone was courteous and friendly despite having to stay late.

Love Dr. Parsley. She is gently and very sweet with my Yorkie. She is thorough and answers all of my questions. I have complete confidence in her. She will recommend services but understands financial concerns and isn't at all pushy. All of the vet techs I've worked with there are friendly and clearly love animals. They all make it a less scary place for a little dog who has to get poked with needles and examined in places he'd rather not be whenever he sees them.

Dr. Pierson is amazing! My cat Venus had a bad eye infection. He took so much time with her and me, gently examining her. She had a bad experience with another vet 2 days earlier, so I was especially impressed with his gentleness in handling her. He spent a lot time with us, he and his staff are healers, present and kind. Special shout out to Stephanie, the tech, who was gentle and patient with my girl. Dr. Pierce's was friendly and welcomed me to the practice. Venus is doing well now.Thanks!

Very nice and helpful staff. The vet was kind and knowledgeable. I had never been there before and dropped in as an emergency. they were ale to see me right away.
