ok...I encourage any pet parent not to wait if you have an issue to talk to one of the Drs. I am guilty.... BonnieBleu 5 yr was boarded for our winter vacation......she is a wiry Boston Terrier who loves all and wants to play with anything moving. She has been boarded here 1 - 2 times a year with no bad report cards.....upon us picking her up on the last time we boarded...she received an aggressive behavior report with no more doggie daycare activities, which extended boarding is a plus. It wasn't the mark that had us upset upon pickup but the lack of communication. We felt a phone call was in order to say hey...what's up with Bonny and to let know discontinued extra outside time.
Bonny needing shot update I decided I like the Vets here and could not let one person change my opinion ...in case this person handling Bonny was having a bad day or week. Bonny had received best of care for 4 years and to let one employee change that for me would sad.
Dr. Weakley listened with compassion, and assured would not happen again. He knows
Bonny, as he does all his critter patients, and was surprised. I should not have waited 6 months to address!
I am comfortable and confident she will continue to receive best of care here at Canyon City Animal Hospital!!!!!
