Great job as usual.
As far as checkout goes, I would recommend that when a fee is requested, the patient should be informed if a credit is being applied from another account. I thought that I had a $200 credit, but was subsequently told on the way home that it had been applied to my wife's visit the day before. She was not told this at that time and just paid the $1300 requested whereas she should have been told that the charge is $1500 and a $200 credit from your husband's account is being applied. Since Susan and I are married, I certainly have no issue with sharing credits, but that information should be told to the patient at the time upon checkout.
