This was our first visit to Capitol Illini Vet. We have heard nothing but good about it, and we were not disappointed. Dr. O’Brien and her vet techs were wonderful with our Brody. Before examining him, they all three came down to his level on the floor and talked to him, loved on him, established a wonderful rapport with him. They gained his trust, and we’re able to examine him with no problems. Dr. O’Brien did a thorough exam, things we have never seen our previous vet do. They promised a call in a couple days to check on him, and scheduled a follow-up appointment. Capitol Illini Vet has definitely earned our confidence and trust, and more than likely we will transfer our other three dogs’ care to them.
