After much anticipation, owner and operator Lisa Jabboury, is very proud and excited to bring Cardio Barre to the West Valley community of Woodland Hills.
Lisa discovered Cardio Barre through a friend in 2003. After performing as a professional dancer for years and working in the film and television industry, maintaining strength and flexibility was a priority. " It was important to find a new way to stay fit and motivated. I truly believe Cardio Barre offers a beautiful blend that is very unique. It combines cardio, balance and strength while increasing flexibility and elongating the muscles in your body. Also because it is so fun and motivating, it allows your fitness level the freedom to evolve and goals you set for yourself are within reach."
Cardio Barre Woodland Hills offers intro, begining and advanced level classes.
Located in the heart of Warner Center area of Woodland Hills across from the Westfield Promenade Mall, off the 101 freeway at Topanga Canyon.

I LOVE Cardio Barre for the amazing workout and results I get.
But I'm giving 3 stars because there is a sign on the door that says "Please Remove Your Shoes". Why do I see some instructors including some clients wearing shoes in the studio??
Its very unsanitary with the number of bodies that come in daily to workout. People can easily get sick.
We sweat on that carpet, have to put our hands on that carpet and our towels/ bodies on that carpet.
Not a good look if your not enforcing your own rules plus I don't know where those shoes have been.
So improve on that and I'll give a whopping 5 stars. :)

Shoes are allowed if they are studio shoes. Meaning they are not worn outside. I do know all the instructors that wear shoes are for indoor use only! As far as the clients wearing shoes, we always ask they also follow these rules and change to their indoor shoes. But a reminder email on that note would be helpful! Tahnk you
