For the second time, I had to return immediately to Car-X after leaving due to a noise or steering issue. Last time, there was a issue after getting 4 new tires put on and the car was making a constant clicking noise. Turns out, something hadn't been completely finished.

This past time was much worse in that I feared for my safety. After getting my vehicle re-aligned, I left Car-X and not 30 seconds later heard an awful repetitive noise. I trued immediately turning around but found my steering wheel wasn't working like it should. Lucklly, I made it back and found they hadn't locked down a camber or something...and was causing the issue.

It just seems there is a lack of attention to detail at Car-X, and for the price I pay for their services,...I will not be returning again.

Tim, Adam & the rest of the staff at the Car X in Farragut were very professional, helpful & got the job don't in a descent amount of time. I'd recommend using this location to anyone. I will definitely be going back in the future. Also gave me a really good deal on new tires. Top shelf customer service!!!!!

I highly recommend the Farragut CarX for ALL you auto repair needs. As a single mom with limited income and not a great knowledge of cars, I always feel that I am being treated with honesty and fairness with my auto repair issues. Tim always gets a great price on parts and works to get my vehicle back to me as soon as possible. I recently shopped around for tires and Tim at CarX in Farragut got the best price for me and explained my payment options. I never take my vehicle anywhere else!
