Wow! It has been years since I had service this good anywhere. My Galaxie S3 was intermitiently not charging. I called Jim of the Cellular Repair Center late on a Monday afternoon. He was friendly on the phone and invited me to drop my phone of just before closing that same night. When I got there he took a quick look inside the phone on the spot to make a preliminarly diagnosis of a bad charging port and gave me a reasonable estimate for parts and labor. I asked that he try and get the work done by 10am the next day. Not only did he do that, he stayed late to finish it and then contacted me so I could pick up my phone right when the open the next day at 9am. He was again super friendly when I came to pick up my phone and even offered some usage tips to prevent me from having a reoccuring issue with the charging port. Several days later, my phone is still charging better than ever. If you need your phone repaired, this is the place to go!

Thank you for the feedback. We have noticed that extreme temperature changes can sometimes crack glass. It is also possible that the phone was dropped a few days before and that the screen was chipped. A chipped glass is even more susceptible to developing cracks when exposed to significant temperature changes. We pride ourselves in taking care of our customers so feel free to come back and we'd be happy to offer you a discount to replace the broken glass.
