Dr. Ombrello's compassionate and gentle care for my disabled brother is quite remarkable. She has a way of putting Michael at ease by asking him about his day and his interests. She takes time to explain the type of care needed and the details of the procedure before she performs the service. She does this with my brother and also with me. The extra time Jill takes educating family and patient, is an added service she provides and a great value to us. She treats Mike as a member of her own family. Dr. Jill is Michael's friend. She sees him as a person first, her patient second, and acknowledges my brother's disability but does not define him by his limitations. Jill Ombrello is an extraordinary woman and a fine doctor. The Dallas office is spacious, modern, and very friendly. The staff are efficient and pleasant. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone seeking a dentist.
