As always, Steve and John provided great customer service. John called BEFORE he ordered parts to explain the problems and what was needed as well as giving me the cost, and with my approval proceeded. John also called when another problem with the vehicle arose, and ordered what was needed so I was still able to get my van back when promised! They are friendly and excellent at providing detailed information with the things that need to be repaired, since I am a very detailed person, I really appreciate it!

Steve's crew tried to evaluate a problem with my truck's transmission, which had quit happeneing a few days before I brought it in. They could not duplicate the problem but we agreed to flush the transmission, drop the pan, replace the filter and inspect from below. Nothing out of the ordinary was found and Steve suggested to just drive it as this truck's transmission generally did not give any trouble.
He probably could have talked me into more expensive testing, replacement of parts and service time, but his honesty in telling me to just drive it was appreciated.
