A month ago, our family vehicle was serviced and "completely fixed" to restore to excellent working condition. However, an unrelated problem developed and took it back to have it looked at. During this service, quite a few recommendations were made (totaling $1500), which was interesting since the entire engine was supposed to have been serviced a month ago (around $4000). When brought to their attention, the servicer seemed surprised and looked back at the invoice for the previous service. The servicer then stated that these were recommendations made last time, however, when looking at our copy of the invoice, it does not state that anywhere. For example, a lot of brake work was recommended this time, yet the brakes were replaced at the service a month ago. Overall, will not be using them again, they seemed to have taken advantage.
