Dr. Cesinita Urbina, or Dr. Ces as she is fondly called, graduated from the University of the East College of Dentistry in the Philippines. After graduating from one of the top dental schools in the country, she completed her externship training at the Armed Forces of the Philippines Medical Center. Dr. Ces has over 25 years of dental experience. Upon relocating to Los Angeles, California, she obtained her California Dental License and has expanded her dental education and training by frequently attending seminars and continuing education courses. Prior to establishing her own independent practice, Dr. Ces has gained years of additional dental experience by working as an associate dentist in other group and private practices. With her consistent training, Dr. Ces is always knowledgeable and up to date with the newest, most innovative dental technologies available today.

Dr Urbina is the best dentist. I don't have any anxiety about visiting the dentist. She is personable and makes me feel at ease. When she numbs my gums I don't even feel it because of her clever technique. She always checks with insurance first so you don't end up with an unexpected bill. She's around the corner from my house and her office is brand new & staff is super friendly and accommodating.

I would give her zero stars. Waited 45min to be seen, her service is terrible she was rushing into my appointment trying to finish cleaning my teeth fast since she had other people waiting for her in the other rooms. I asked her to do few things to my teeth and she declined to do so, told me I didn’t need anything done which I know I do. I know I need a filling on one tooth yet she denied i needed one. Horrible experience first and last time I will be going to her.
