Dr. Cesinita Urbina, or Dr. Ces as she is fondly called, graduated from the University of the East College of Dentistry in the Philippines. After graduating from one of the top dental schools in the country, she completed her externship training at the Armed Forces of the Philippines Medical Center. Dr. Ces has over 25 years of dental experience. Upon relocating to Los Angeles, California, she obtained her California Dental License and has expanded her dental education and training by frequently attending seminars and continuing education courses. Prior to establishing her own independent practice,
