Dr. Khan is always pleasant and has a way of putting people at ease. He answers questions and is always very thorough. His office staff is very accommodating and friendly and the wait time is short. Overall, I am very pleased with the care I receive from him, and I would recommend his office to friends and family.
Dr. Khan was very attentive, asked me lots of questions, and was very knowledgeable. He treated me with respect and was the ONLY dr I've seen who didn't quiz me about why I have tattoos. He made me feel comfortable and I know I'm in good hands.
I had my 1st sleep study, never received a call back reg. the results until I requested one. After a 2nd sleep study, I went for my follow-up visit with Dr. Khan and he responded as if it was the 1st time I was at his clinic. (It was my 3rd visit and we'd talk on the phone.) I told him I was there for my prescription for my CPAP and he was very vague concerning his recommendations. The front office gave me some suppliers names and when I arrived home something didn't feel right, I called Dr. Kahn's office back, and the front office said they worked with the suppliers and the insurance companies for you (the patient). Why didn't they do this for me when I was at the office? I had a horrible experience with the medical supply co. we chose, and when I needed Dr. Khan to change my CPAP prescription slightly for my new supplier, my file sat on his desk for almost 2 weeks and nothing happened until I called back and requested it.
Everybody in the office from the telephone scheduler to the Dr. were kind and helpful. I was very impressed with everything during my first appointment and the Dr.'s bedside manner was kind and compassionate. It has been awhile since I have been to see a specialist that this helpful and caring.
never was seen by the dr. appointment made for the end of the day at 4:15. sat until 5:25, ask the lady at the desk how much longer, this was the second time, she said maybe five or more minutes, told her i had to leave.
can not say if this dr. is good or not, seems he likes to overbook patients
