I feel the staff at Chase Automotive do a good job and I dedicated. I recently had my Toyota Highlander serviced at Chase. The needs service symbol was on my dash for a week before I took it in. After service my wife drove the vehicle home. I was disappointed the "needs service" indicator had not been reset. As a result I had to take the vehicle back to Chase and have it reset. They did it at my convenience and were very polite. However, it should have been taken care of before I got it back. The service needed indicator was on when they drove it out of the shop to the parking lot. It appears someone was not paying attention.

Great place! Polite and efficent, with quality work at reasonable prices at Chase Automotive. I trust this shop to be fair and honest, which is important to me. Receptionist knows cars!

In the past my car was serviced by various Denver Ford dealerships. After several bad experiences, I elected to use Chase Auto. Chase has not let me down. You guys have always fixed the problem and not thrown parts in an attempt to at a solution. I trust your diagnosis and your solutions. You guys rock. Thanks for all you do!

The mechanic I spoke with on the phone kept stumbling over his words about the work needs to be done and what had already been done.

When my vehicle was ready for pick up, I noticed they left the dirty paper mats on the floor and left debris in my carpet.

As I started driving a low coolant message came on the dash and I was told that all the fluids have been checked.

I was rushed on the phone and felt as if this mechanic just wanted tell me what I wanted to hear.

I have had good service in the past at chase but now I won't go back, I have lost trust in them.

I waited almost 50 minutes in a room before the vet came in to tell me what she thought was going on with my dog. It took her all of 5 min. Things that I thought she would do like look at is skin or eyes she did not do, literally it was a 50 min wait for a 5min procedure.

This is the first dentist office that I actually enjoy going to. Everyone is so friendly and they make you very comfortable. They have lots of little things that make a big difference, like a massage chair, sunglasses, lots of technology, and I am sure many more things I don't even know about. I am extremely pleased with Dr. Zenon and the entire office.
