The staff at Chico Car Care were very kind and helpful. They did exactly what they said they would do and in a timely manner. I believe the technician who worked on my van knew exactly what he was doing and did the work well.
They located the problem and performed the part replacement promptly. However, I feel I was overcharged for the part and also for the labor required. I know this is a subjective judgement on my part but since this is my review, that is what I feel At $160 for diagnostic, they are high. But I accepted that at the outset. And they did find the problem promptly. However, they then charged me $123 for what is at most a $70 part. And the labor charge seemed to indicate they needed to remove the shroud, which I question. I was disappointed, because in the end the work was done well and promptly, and I like the people there.
