My truck was damaged by a forklift at a local business. The owner of the business (3rd party paying for damages) recommended Chris' Auto Body & Paint. I was skeptical at first, because I was not familiar with Chris' and I thought the business owner had connections there and would have the shop do sub-par work to save him money (i.e. bondo/patch the damage instead of replacing the panel or something similar). So I got a couple of quotes from other reputable (bigger chain) auto body shops before getting a quote at Chris' Auto Body & Paint. All of the quotes included the same description of work, but Chris' was actually a little bit cheaper. After talking with the estimator, I got the feeling that they strive for OEM perfection, were proud of their work, and stand behind it. So I took a chance and gave them a shot. I was not disappointed. They did excellent work, and I couldn't even tell there was any damage after the repair.
Because of the great experience I had with my truck, I recently trusted them to do a pre-purchase inspection on a car that was in a previous accident and repaired elsewhere. The inspection was very thorough, and I felt like I was well informed about the vehicle before making my decision to purchase the car. I will definitely be returning to Chris' Auto Body & Paint the next time I need body/paint work, and would highly recommend them.
As previous reviews have noted, Chris' shop only does high quality work. So don't ask them to cut corners and do questionable things to save a few dollars - they won't do it. This place has a gold standard, so if you want to pay for a bronze standard, maybe consider a different shop.
