Very disappointed. Poor communication, poor customer service, and very overpriced. I had heard good things and their reviews are mostly positive, so I had high expectations, but unfortunately I found them to be no different than all the other large chains who value profit over service. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day, but my experience was not what I expected.

We had a concern with my son's car. Of course it wouldn't malfunction for them, but what made me happy was that they didn't charge me anything. They were friendly and helpful from my first phone call to the vehicle drop off to the vehicle pick up. I have no hesitation taking it back to them if it should start acting up again.

They are very honest, good people who I trust completely. When I had reason to believe my transmission was in trouble, they helped me out with the best customer service I've had from any mechanic. They take time to explain to you what they are doing, and they are very helpful.

I visited Christian Brothers Automotive for the first time 2 weeks ago. I filed a complaint 10 days after that, published it on the web and used my name. I am a retired single woman not mechanically inclined, on a limited income and drive a 2004. I usually go to the cheapest garages to get my repairs taken care of but then have to take my car back several times to finally get the problem fixed. I decided to go to the best automotive service dept to replace my front rotors this time as they had just been replaced a few years earlier. However I found out my rear rotors were in worse condition and agreed to replace those first. I soon regretted that decision and filed my complaint that stated I wished my initial concerns had been resolved. Much to my surprise, I received a phone call about one hour later. I was invitied to come in first thing the next morning and they worked with me to get the repairs completed immediately and now my car drives like a dream - just like when it was new. I couldn't believe it! I knew Christian Brothers Automotive had the best service dept and were trustworthy but now I find out that they really do care about the customer and meet them where they're at without judgement or condescension. I have definitely found a home for all my repairs at the Vista Ridge location!! Thank you Phil and Christian Brothers ~

I went in to Christian Brothers because my front brakes were warped and it was causing my car to shimmy every time I applied the brakes. I am a single retired female on a limited income and was going on a trip the next morning and wanted this problem corrected. It was very distressing to me and I usually go to the cheapest service depts but really wanted to know this issue was fixed correctly. I had spent $225 a few years ago replacing the front and here they were worse than they had ever been. I spent $340 at Christian Brothers only they recommended I replace the rear. I asked if that would correct the problem and they said it it would help but that my brake pads were at a 3 in the rear and the front were at a 7 or 8. But replacing the rear made no difference in the shimmy and now driving the car really scares me and I won't have the $225 to go to my original mechanic for at least another month. I'm sure the rear rotors were warped but it was the front that makes my car shake and now that problem is worse. I am definitely disappointed.
