Nine thousand dollars later and the vehicle is worse off than before it entered Christian Brothers maintenance bays... After many returns to make things work right it seemed useless. Meantime an online survey came in from their headquarters and I gave honest responses which elicited a call from their Service Manager. I suppose the Service Manager called Headquarters back and said the customer was satisfied, even though on the phone I WAS NOT!!! Oh well, live and learn!
Last week I was at a AAA office speaking with the travel department and in casual conversation mentioned the experience that I had had at Christian Brothers Automotive in Yukon and that I was especially disappointed because CBA is a AAA recommended auto service facility! The AAA employee also thought the incident was inflammatory and said that I owe it to others to file a complaint with AAA . I haven't .... yet!
