I will never bring my pet back to this establishment again. Our terrible experience started with Anastasia Garzillo who is condescending and dismissive. Her assumptions that my partner and I had any idea what she was talking about when using medical jargon about the results of our pet's tumor was not helpful and when I asked for clarification she appeared annoyed and disgusted that I would even ask such questions. Just some insight- our pet was diagnosed with cancer. She should leave the explaining to someone who actually knows what they are talking about. It appears that she is insecure in her career and overcompensates by trying to make her customers feel dismissed. I would suggest Anastasia Garzillo take a customer service course and learn how to listen, show empathy and compassion, and give just a little respect when you're dealing with customers who's beloved and precious pet is suffering from cancer.
