It is a very friendly office, and although I appreciate the outstanding customer service. The wait time is a bit excessive. I never complained about it, but it is starting to get a bit much when you have to clear your schedule for one dentist appointment, simply because of the wait. I think the minimum has been 45 minutes the longest was 1.5 hours after a scheduled appointment.
The customer gets charged for missing an appointment (fair), but maybe they should start doing something for the customer if it is 30 min or longer. Again, I appreciate the customer service, and I know that quality care can cause a backlog because you want to take time with each patient, but try to improve that wait time.
