I did arrive 5 to 10 minutes late for my appointment and no one else was in the waiting room. Nearly 10 people that arrived long after me were seen before me. When I was taken to the back and sat in the chair the young woman didn't speak to me at all took off her work coat and left me sitting there for 30 minutes before she came back and put back on her work coat then started taking x-rays.
