It took me four weeks from the day of my eye exam to finally get my glasses and when they did come in the prescription was wrong, I couldn't read anything with them. I was charged $220.00 to have my glasses thinned down so they wouldn't be so thick & heavy, well that was money thrown away, these lenses came back over an inch thick. Josh sent the lenses back and promised they'd be a lot thinner but once again when they came back they were still just as thick as they were to begin with. Not one time during all this did Dr. Clark ever call me or come out and talk with me, I was left to deal with Josh who did nothing but lie to me. He told me he'd billed my insurance company $225.00 which he never did that's why my part was $476.00. Do yourself a favor and run somewhere, anywhere else to have your eyes taken care of because you won't get it here. I ended up taking my glasses back and getting a complete refund which I will say Josh gave me without any argument but I still had to pay Dr. Clark $74.00 for my eye exam which my insurance company was billed for but which I can't use because it's the wrong prescrition. Now I get to pay for another eye exam out of my own pocket becasue of this huge screw up. I'm so aggravated and up-set with what happened here and I just don't want to know thaty anyone else will have to go through the same thing. Dr. Clark & especially his staff needs to be really ashammed & embarrassed for trying to take advantage of people like this.
