For about the last 4 oil changes I had been notified that the tie rods would need to be replaced. The last time I was told that I should do it very soon. I got it scheduled and was able to get a loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired. They called me with the statement that the transmission fluid should be changed shortly. Told them to do all the work needed now. They have always treated me right.

I went in for a leaky tire. It took them 15-20 minutes to fix it as I waited.
