Very friendly and helpful, from receptionists, to hygienists, to billing, to dentists. I was very impressed that they gave me a Starbucks gift card to compensate my waiting about 25-30 minutes to see my hygienist. At other places (doctor's office, etc.) I have had to wait up to an hour after my scheduled appointment time to been seen. I recognize that 'stuff happens' and schedules slip, but this is the first time that a business has recognized that the patients' time is worth something too. I hope Clear Creek's policy sets a precedent for other businesses.
