The lady at the reception made me pay full, despite of the fact that in the previous visits my insurance covered the cost. I checked with my insurance and I still have some amount remaining. I think it's really because the lady at that time didn't know how to work the records.
This was a walk- in appointment from a new patient after 5:00pm. We usually try to accomodate our patients with the electronic transmission but in this case the patient's insurance did not accept to pay the dentist directly. Our secretary tried to be helpful and explained we cannot change the person's insurance policy.
