Very polite on the phone and able to get me in when I needed. Check in process was timely and fast. The technician that checked us in wasn't very friendly, seemed like she was miserable being there. Asked for anal gland check because dog had been showing his signs for needing them done, I was asked to go to the back with the technician and then was told we had to wait for someone to come hold him. They were prepping another dog for surgery and I was just standing there. Finally convinced the technician I could hold my dog for the anal gland expression, he usually does better on a table for this procedure and they didn't seem to care about that. The doctor was nice, exam wasn't as thorough as I have come to expect form other veterinarians but everyone has different standards.
