Everyone was attentive and respectful to me and my pet. I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner. The AH was clean and enough space to distance between pets. I will definitely be back.

My first impression of Coal Mountain was that is was very clean. The front desk staff greeted us promptly. We were directed into a very clean room to wait for the initial evaluation and we did not have to wait very long. I was impressed with the amount of concern that everyone there showed my pet. After her surgery I received clear instructions on her post surgery care. There were numerous texts, just making sure she was okay and if I had any questions.

We live a half hour away, I will continue to take my pet there. That’s how impressed I was.

I had to go when my vet couldn’t get my dogs in and if we didn’t already have a place we loved I would 100% switch! They were so kind, thorough and caring. Overall we had a great experience.

We, meaning my husband and our 2 Golden Retriever dogs LOVE Coal Mountain Animal Hospital especially Dr. Claire Surber! We love the front office people and all the vet techs as well. We also love Michelle who makes our doggies look and smell beautiful!
