I was called in for my appointment on time - little to no waiting. The hygenist was very good at explaining what I needed to improve my cleaning routine and cleaned my teeth with no discomfort. She was very competent and a good comminator. Good visit overall.

we got to appointment a little early, so it made the wait seem all that much longer.

from appointment time they were running 40minutes late with no explanation. When we finally went up to ask if it would be much longer they just said they were almost ready for us. I understand if dentist get behind or if someone come in with emergency, but it would have made a world of difference if they had told us at check in there would be a lengthy delay or after 30 minutes came and told us why delay and how much longer. This is not the first time we have had to wait an overly long time.

also, just a side note... while I am a HUGE fan of Dirty Dancing... I dont think appropriate movie for all age groups to be playing in the waiting area.

Came for check up for tooth discomfort, was told I needed 3root canals and was sent to n ft Myers coast dental endodontist. Went , he did more X-rays and said I needed sensodyne tooth paste!!!! Called back cape office to have old filling removed- they never called back. Needless to say my time in cape and n ft Myers appointments was wasted and after paying $109 for appt that wasn't even needed I will never return to coast dental!!!

Everyone I have come into contact with at the office has been friendly, polite and strives to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Silvina is the queen of hygienists in my book, takes the time to explain to me exactly what is going on.

Both times I went had to redo shots due to long wait. Once is forgivable but twice is poor time management and/or overbooking which shows no respect for my time. By the time I got back in for crown work temp had fallen apart...long wait to get second half of work done and still not sure why. Do not know position of person working on me yesterday...dental tech?...I understand bad days but SIX hours where half that or less would have been sufficient is upsetting. Anonymous since final work is not done yet. I see that others have had the same experience. Seriously considering new dentist.

another long wait...6 hrs at least 3 to 4hours longer than needed. seriously considering a new dentist who can respect MY time more. For the second time shots wore off and had to have more by the time work was being done. First time is an unforeseen accident...second time is just poor time management. For what I am paying, I would expect more efficiency.
