Sometimes I just visit to ask questions about the care of my car, and they are more than happy to answer them all! Mark and the crew are very friendly and some of them even know me by name. This is Ron's newest shop. I was referred to them by another BMW owner who goes to one of the other shops.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness and courtesy of the employees. I might add that in calling the main shop, the staff was just as courteous and helpful.

I highly recommend this place as they are fair and reasonably priced AND very informative as to any problems your car might have and, if you have a few issues to repair, recommending which ones should be first or in what order to proceed.

I'll definitely be back.

I've been going to CMW for the last 3.5, when I moved to OC. I've had work completed at all thee shops now. Always timely, courteous, and professional service!

My favorite location is still Irvine, Derrick is the best!

I like that I can call in and they know me and my car.

As always, Drew and his crew were professional and courteous. Drew takes the time to explain what the problem is and what it will take to fix it and why. He takes pride in his work, and holds himself and his crew to the highest standard of excellence. If you have a BMW, this is the place to take your car. If you have to wait in the waiting room you will be comfortable as well. The place is spotless. Take your car here you won't be disappointed.
